It’s not arrived!

I’ve emailed literally last night/this morning to request a full refund. The first week it wasn’t delivered because you were painting your stock room floor but said you’d refund delviery and post it Monday just gone. You’ve done neither. It should have arrived yesterday at the latest at least. On the shop app it still says ‘ready to ship’ because you haven’t posted it yet. Cancel the order and full refund asap please.

I can't use beard oil as it always hurt my skin, no matter the ingredients. So I was looking for something to replace that. Came across One Society beard butter. Have it ago thinking what's to lose.
