1. Our Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Await Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Ship the Item: Send the item back to us as instructed. Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately at sales@onesociety.co.uk so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

6. Exchanges
The most efficient way to exchange a product is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
8. Your Statutory Rights
In addition to our 30-day return policy, customers in the United Kingdom have a statutory right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it. Our 30-day policy provides an enhanced period for your convenience.
