Great product poor customer service

Website wouldn’t let me apply first order discount and charged me delivery even though it should have been free. I contacted customer services and they didn’t offer a refund, not even a gesture of goodwill only we will do it on your next order. Well guess what? I won’t be ordering again, you won’t get my money twice, nice try.
