Used the Lemongrass & Rose beard oil this morning. The oil is excellent quality, a little goes a long way. It’s left my beard feeling realling soft and the scent is amazing & last.

Gave a allergic reaction

It’s not arrived and at last email last week they said they were happy to fix any issues but then blamed royal mail and said wait. Now it’s been three weeks (tomorrow) and I have sent a lengthy email and have requested a refund again. If a company send you a (shipped) email and then it doesn’t arrive you don’t expect them ti then say ‘sorry everything is delayed a week and nit shipped as we painted the floor.’ Being a small business is not an excuse, and email to customers and/or notification in the website would explain. It’s clear however that royal mail most likely were never handed my order and it’s on a shelf at the warehouse because they marked it as shipped and the sysyem says it’s been sent. They said they knew things slipped through the cracks and were happy to fix any issue to customer satisfaction so I expect a full refund email today. This is what I said in my email but I’m writing it for others to read so they know that customer service is a big issue. I would review the product but it hasn’t arrived yet.

I didnt get on with the beard oil it made my skin red and the scents are not what expected

Used one society a few times now as the beard oil scents are unreal. Unfortunately my last order both bottles were smashed due to the packaging or lack of. I contacted one society via e-mail as the phone number would not work at all. They E-mailed back within 24 hours and sent out 2 more with better packaging. All in all i cant fault the place. The scents smell amazing and the customer service is bang on
